摘要
目的 根据合理行为理论 ,揭示中学教师对提供学校艾滋病 性健康教育的意向性及其影响因素。方法 随机选取南宁市普通中学中健康教育相关课程的任课教师 2 0 6名为调查对象 ,采用定量研究与定性研究相结合。结果 对于提供学校艾滋病 性健康教育 ,教师的意向性大小为一般。意向性的大小受下列因素的影响 :教师的年龄 ,主观社会压力 ,是否受过相关培训 ,以前是否讲过相关内容 ,是否为健康教育课的任课教师 ,对提供学校艾滋病 性健康教育的态度等。结论 为搞好学校艾滋病 性健康教育 ,应进行教师培训、编写教材 。
Objective To explore teachers' intentions with regard of providing school-based sex education for HIV/AIDS prevention and to identify factors affecting teachers' intentions with regard of providing school-based sex education for HIV/AIDS prevention, based on the Theory of Reasoned Action.Methods Both quantitative and qualitative approaches were employed in this study. Two hundred and six health-related teachers were randomly selected from the public secondary schools in Nanning City as the study sample.Results Most health-related teachers cherished deliberate intentions with regard of providing school-based sex education for HIV/AIDS prevention. Factors that were thought to influence the intentions of teachers included age of teachers, teachers' subjective norms, whether being trained in HIV/AIDS education, teachers' previous teaching experience in providing school-based sex education for HIV/AIDS prevention, whether being health-related teachers before then, and teachers' attitudes toward providing school-based sex education for HIV/AIDS prevention.Conclusions Teacher training, teaching materials and detailed policies need to be further developed to improve school-based sex education for HIV/AIDS prevention in China.
