脑功肽口服液的质量标准及急性毒性研究

A Study on Quality Standard and Acute Toxicity of Naogongtai Oral Liquid

目的 :对脑功肽口服液的制备、质量标准及急性毒性进行研究。方法 :采用水提醇沉法制备脑功肽口服液 ,对方中酸枣仁、何首乌、溴化钾等中西药进行了定性及定量分析并测定了小鼠的LD50 。结果 :该口服液制备工艺简单 ,质量控制方法简便、快速、可靠 ;LD50 为 38 74 5g/kg。结论 :该口服液质量稳定 。

Objective: To study the preparation method and quality standard and acute toxicity of the Naogongtai oral liquid. Methods: The method of water extracting and alcohol precipitation were used to prepare the oral liquid. Among its ingredients, KBr, Semen Ziziphi spinosae,and Radix Polygoni multiflori were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively, and their acute toxicity was studied. Results:The preparation method was simple and the quality control procedure was convenient, rapid, and reliable. Conclusion: The quality of this oral liquid is stable and the toxicity is low.
