清开灵注射液和珍珠母水解液中钙的测定及形态初探 被引量:3

摘要 目的 :测定清开灵注射液 (胆酸 ,珍珠母 ,水牛角 ,黄芩等 )及其原料药材珍珠母水解液中游离钙和结合钙含量。方法 :采用原子吸收分光光度法和离子色谱法进行钙含量的测定。结果 :清开灵注射液及珍珠母水解液中都存在游离和结合两种状态的钙 ;分别在pH6 .0 ,pH6 .5 ,pH7.0下制备得到供试样品 ,清开灵注射液中结合钙与游离钙的比值分别为 7.0(RSD为 9.3 % ) ,8.0 (RSD为 8.0 % ) ,1 2 .1 (RSD为 9.2 % ) ,珍珠母水解液中结合钙与游离钙的比值分别为 4 .0 (RSD为 1 2 .0 % ) ,4.0 (RSD为 1 0 .8% ) ,4.1 (RSD为 1 5 .7% )。结论 :钙的存在状态及其含量比值是进一步规范清开灵注射液质量标准 ,研究清开灵治疗脑水肿机理的重要参数。 Objective: To determine the content of calcuium in Qingkailing Injection (Cholic acid, Concha Margaritifera, Cornu Bubali, Radix Scutellariae, etc.) and Concha Margaritifera hydrolysate, both it's dissociative and combinative forms. Methods: The determination was performed by AAS and IC for total calcium and dissocciative calcium respectively. Results: Both the content of dissociative and combinative calcium were determined; samples were prepared under pH6.0, pH6.5, pH7.0 respectively, the ratio of dissociative and combinative calcum in Qingkailing Injection was 7.0( RSD =9.3%),8.0( RSD =8.0%),12.1( RSD =9.2%) respectively, the ratio in Concha Margaritifera hydrolysate was 4.0( RSD =12%),4.0( RSD =10.8%),4.1( RSD =15.7%) respectively. Conclusion: The forms and content ratio of calcium are important factors of quality control of Qingkailing Injection and its effect mechanism on hydrocephalus.
