摘要
目的 :探讨焦虑症患者防御方式的特点。方法 :采用汉密尔顿焦虑量表、防御方式问卷对 32名焦虑症患者进行测试 ,并与 32名正常人作对照研究。结果 :焦虑症组心理防御方式与对照组相比有明显差异 ,中间型和不成熟型防御因子分高 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :焦虑症患者的防御方式存在明显的不成熟倾向 ,其发生与不成熟的防御方式有关。
Objective:To explore the characters of defense style of anxiety patients.Methods:Three hundred twenty three patients with anxiey and threy two normal controls were tested with defense sytle Questionnaire and HAMA.Results:Defense styles were significantly different between the two groups,the score of neurotic styles and Immature styles was higher( P <0.01).Conclusion:The defense styles of patients with anxiety tended to be immature and it is related to immature defense styles.
