摘要
目的 :采用RP HPLC法测定卡托普利注射液的含量。方法 :考察了流动相组成、柱温等对卡托普利色谱行为的影响。结果 :方法简便准确、专属性强。结论 :制剂辅料及原料药中的有关物质 (卡托普利二硫化物 )不干扰测定。制剂的回收率为 98 9～ 1 0 1 % ,RSD为 0 58%。
In this paper a method for the determination of Captopril Injection by the use of RP HPLC was reported The main factors,including the selection of mobile phase and column temperature were investigated The method is simple,accurate and specific The recovery percentage of this method is 98 9～101% with RSD 0 58%?
