强力救心滴丸治疗冠心病心绞痛的研究

目的 研究强力救心滴丸对冠心病心绞痛的疗效。方法 用强力救心滴丸治疗冠心病心绞痛患者 41例 ,与采用麝香保心丸治疗的 2 3例患者的疗效相对比。结果 强力救心滴丸对冠心病心绞痛速效止痛有效率为 78.0 5 % ,症状疗效总有效率为 92 .68% ,心电图疗效有效率为 65 .85 % ,较对照组有非常显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 强力救心滴丸有降血脂。

Objective It is to study the effect of Qianglijiuxin Pill (QLJXP) on angina pectoris. Methods Forty-one patients were treated with QLJXP and the curative effect was compared with that of Shexiangbaoxin Pill (SXBXP). Results The quick acesodyne rate of QLJXP on angina pectoris was 78.05%, the total effective rate on syndrome was 92.68% and effective rate on electrocardiogram was 65.85%. There was significantly difference compared with those of SXBXP (P<0.01). Conclusion QLJXP have the function of decreasing blood-lipid and improving abnormal hemorheology indices.
