胰腺癌组织中COX-2、ki67的表达及其临床意义 被引量:4

EXPRESSION OF COX-2 AND KI67 IN PANCREATIC ADENOCARCINOMA AND ITS CLINCAL SIGNIFICANCE

摘要 目的 探讨胰腺癌组织中环氧化酶 - 2 (COX- 2 )的表达与细胞增殖及其生物学特性的关系。方法 用免疫组织化学 Envision法对 5 1例胰腺导管癌 COX- 2蛋白和 ki6 7的表达进行检测。结果  5 1例胰腺导管癌中 COX- 2蛋白的表达率为74 .5 % ,ki6 7平均标记指数为 2 6 .5 2± 12 .2 2 ;二者在 11例癌旁非肿瘤胰腺组织中均未发现阳性表达。COX- 2的表达与组织学分级无关 (P>0 .0 0 5 ) ,而与临床分期和淋巴转移密切相关 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;ki6 7标记指数与组织学分级、临床分期和淋巴结转移有关 (P<0 .0 1) ;COX- 2的阳性表达与肿瘤细胞的增殖指数密切相关 (P<0 .0 1)。结论  COX- 2、ki6 Objective To investigate the expression of COX 2 and cell proliferation in human pancreatic adenocarcinoma and its correlation with biological behavior.Methods The expression of COX 2 and ki67 in 51 cases of human pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma were detected with immunohistochemistry .Results COX 2 were detected in 38(74.5%) of pancreaticductal adenocarcinoma;the ki67 LI(labeling index)was 26.52±12.22;no expression of COX 2 and ki67 in adjacent normal tissue were detected.The COX 2 expression were significantly associated with clinical stages and lymph node metastasis status(P<0.05)but not with histological grade(P>0.05).The ki67 LI were significantly correlated with histological grades,clinical stages and lymph node metastasis status(P<0.01).The expression of COX 2 was closely correlate with ki67 LI(P<0.01).Conclusion Expression of COX 2 and ki67 may be the useful marker reflecting the biological behaviors of pancreatic cancer.
