Seeking truth from facts and advancing with the time are a guarantee of sticking to 'Three Representations'the very significant thought of CCP.The former is the ideological basis of Marxism,and the latter is the theoretic quality of Marxism.Seeking truth from facts is of materialism and advancing with the time is dialectical.These two aspects are closely integrated and they are the soul and essence of Marxism.
