On Rule of Origin from the Angle of IRTMs

国际贸易与国际投资之间存在着密切的关系。作为"与投资有关的贸易措施"之一的原产地规则,在国际直接投资领域起着重要作用。文中初步探讨原产地规则在 WTO 体制下的法律地位,介绍欧美原产地规则尤其是特惠制原产地规则在国际投资领域的运用并就此对我国原产地规则的立法提出建议。

There is a close relationship between international trade and international investment. Rules of Origin,one of Investment-Related Trade measures(IRTMs)plays an important role in the area of foreign direct investment(FDI).After an inquiry into the importance of Rules of Origin under the WTO legislation and an introduction to the application of Rule of Origin, especially Rules of Preferential Origin in the FDI area in America and EU,this essay proposes future legislation on Rules of Origin of our country.
