The Structures and Functions of the Nucleus Tractus Solitarius

摘要 孤束核是一个位于延髓背侧、包绕于孤束周围的Y字形柱状核团 .在吻尾方向上分为吻、中、尾 3段 ,根据细胞构筑将其分为 7个亚核 .孤束核有广泛的传入传出联系 ,是内脏的初级传入及调节中枢 ,与呼吸、血压、胃肠道活动的调节以及镇痛等多种功能有关 .笔者就近年来对孤束核的形态学和生理学的研究成果做了简要的综述 . The nucleus tractus solitarius is the Y shape columnar nucleus that lies in dorsal medulla and encloses solitary tract. Along rostral-caudal, the nucleus tractus solitary is individed into rostral segment, intermediate segment, caudal segment and it is also individed into seven subnucleus according to cytoarchitecture. The nucleus tractus solitarius have extensive input and output projections. It is the center of the visceral primary afferent and connected with the modulations of respiration, blood pressure, analgesia, and so on.The studied achievements about the structures and the functions of the nucleus tractus solitarius in last years was reviewed.
