Cr、Si、Mn、Cu对中低铬白口铸铁抗磨蚀性能的影响

摘要 应用湿砂铸型浇注中低铬白口铸铁试样 ,用正交试验对它们的抗腐蚀磨损性进行了研究 .分析表明 :中低铬白口铸铁有较好的抗腐蚀磨损性 ,最佳成分配比浇注出的试样的抗腐蚀磨损性为正火态 2 0钢的 5倍 ;仅考虑抗腐蚀磨损性 ,随着铬含量的增加中低铬白口铸铁的抗腐蚀磨损性升高 ;硅的含量在 2 .0 %出现一峰值 ,锰和铜的含量以不超过1.0 %为佳 . The low-medium Chromium white cast irons were casted in the green mould.The effect of Cr,Si,Mn and Cu on the corrosive wear resistant properties of the low-medium Chromium white cast irons was researched in orthogonal test.The results showed that the low-medium Chromium white cast irons had better corrosive wear resistance,the corrosive wear resistance of the specimens with best ingredient ratio cast in the green mould was five times higher than that of 20 steel.Only the corrosive wear resistance was considered,with increasing of Chromium,the corrosive wear resistance grew.When the composition of Si was 2.0%,the corrosive wear resistance was the best.The composition of Mn and Cu had better be lower than 1.0%.
