摘要
针对380m3中型高炉的大修改造,将煤气净化工艺由塔-文-电工艺改为蒸喷工艺,既满足小高压炉顶生产的要求,又节约大修费用,每小时可节约水耗约200t,经济技术效果良好。
In the overhaul and transformation o f 380m 3 medium-sized blast furnace,the gas purifying process of tower-Venturi-power storage was changed to the evaporation-spray process.This not only met the needs of production of furnace top with small pressur e,but also saved the overhaul expenses.It may save water200t /h and have better economic and t echnical effects.[
