摘要
在无溶剂、无催化剂的微波反应条件下,由硫代巴比妥酸与芳香醛发生缩合反应制备了7种5 芳亚苄基硫代巴比妥酸,收率分别为:C6H5—88%,4 (CH3)2NC6H4—92%,4 ClC6H4—80%,4 HOC6H4—83%,3,4 (CH2O2)C6H3—96%,4 CH3OC6H4—87%,2,4 Cl2C6H3—78%.其产物结构通过1HNMR和IR得到了确认.
An efficient microwave irradiation synthesis of 5arylidene thiobarbituric acid from aldehyde and thilbarbituric acid under solventfree conditions is described. The yields are follower: C6H5-88%,4(CH3)2NC6H4-92%,4ClC6H4-80%,4HOC6H4-83%,3,4(CH2O2)C6H3-96%,4CH3OC6H4-87%,2,4Cl2C6H3-78%, The products are identified by 1H NMR and IR.
