摘要
根据三体磨损是典型的随机过程这一特点 ,运用蒙特卡罗方法模拟在球形磨料的作用下 ,材料塑性变形磨损的磨损率 .模型结合接触力学、低周疲劳损伤力学原理 ,计算了对不同金属材料进行配偶时被磨材料的磨损率 .为了验证模拟的正确性 ,采用近似圆球形的石英砂磨料 ,在与模拟计算相同的实验条件下 ,进行了三体磨损实验 .结果表明 。
Monte Carlo method was applied for simulating plastic deformation are rate of materials under the three-body abrasion using ball-like abrasive particles. A Monte Carlo modeling was proposed combining contact mechanics, low cycle fatigue accumulated damage mechanics. Wear rate of different materials was computed by the proposed model. Three-body abrasion using ball-like abrasives was carried out to verify the present modeling. The results show that the simulation data match with the experimental data quite well.
