介绍了采用PLC与变频器相结合的方法,较好地解决了既节电又能确保软水压力稳定在一个较小范围内,虽然未采用压力调节器(采用的是比较器),不能做到无差调节,但其结构简单、投资少、可靠性高,又能满足生产工艺要求。

The method of using PLC combined with frequency converter.The method cou ld save power and assure the soft water p ressure stabilized in a small range.Though,a pressure ad-juster was not used(A comparer was used)and zerodroop adjustment could not achieve,yet,it had a simple structure,less investment and high reliability.The method cou ld meet the needs of the produc-tion.[
