摘要
毕业生的择业是每个高校关注的焦点之一。本文采用自编的问卷对重庆市5所高校的本科毕业生进行了择业满意度和择业影响因素的调查。结果表明,在双向选择的就业模式下,多数毕业生对自己选择的工作较为满意,最满意的方面体现在"保障"和"自我价值"上,最不满意的方面体现在"物质生活"和"人际关系"上;而对择业影响最大的因素是"文凭"和"自身素质",影响最小的因素是"他人"和"准备"。
Graduates job selection is one of the focuses concerned by each college. In this paper, the authors have made an investigation about satisfaction and the influencing factors of job selection among the graduates in five colleges of Chongqing with the questionnaire designed by themselves .The result shows that under twoway selection employment model,most graduates are satisfied with their future jobs selected by themselves . What satisfies them most is on selfworth and job guarantee , and what is the least is on 'material life' and 'human relationship'. The ' diploma' and the 'personal diathesis 'most influence the selection of a job ,while ' other people' and 'preparation' for a job do least.
