China's accession to WTO brought opportunity and challenge to China food industry, lots of associations poured in presenting leading enterprises of the trade to keep in line with WTO requirements. These activities can make out the famous brands, which must accept supervision by the masses. It is good for keeping food quality, for the conformity of market. But we have to look squarely at ourselves, for compared with developed country domestic leading enterprises still have a long way to go.
