中国乳业,正面临标准之困。这不是危言耸听! 忽视标准 哑巴吃黄连 先不说中国乳业,先看一下我国的标准现状。 在国家技术监督局网站中可查到这样资料:在19,118项国家标准中,只有43.1％采用了国际标准和国外先进标准;标准时效性差,标准修订和复审周期长,在19,118项国家标准中,1990年以前制定的国家标准就有9,800多项,其中有3,500多项已落后于技术的发展。
Having been the focus of media and international capital, China dairy industry is trapped in standardization. As we all know, the reason why Chinese traditional medicine and wine industry failed in market competition is ignoring the international standardization. However, Insiders of dairy industry has not been aware of the coming crisis.
The hard lessons from series of incident have show clearly we must meet the international requirment, especially after joining in WTO.
