摘要
通过使用钙离子选择电极用电极电位法测量了在不同浓度和不同pH溶液下的天门冬氨酸钙的电离度情况,研究了天门冬氨酸钙的结构。结果表明,当天门冬氨酸钙的浓度大于0.02mol/L时,它呈分子钙结构,反之,呈离子钙结构。
We study the structure of calcium aspartate in the solutions of different concentrations and different pH values by using Calcium ion - selective electrode analysis. It shows that when the concentrations of calcium aspartate are more than 0. 02mol/L, it comes into being the ion - structure and otherwise it does the molecular-structure.
