食品添加剂是应用于食品中的新型精细化学品，是现代食品工业必不可少的重要组成部分。随着食品工业的快速发展，食品添加剂发展前景广阔。本文论述了我国食品添加剂的现状与发展前景。

Food additives are the new fine chemicals applied in food and the important components of modern fall industry. With the fast development of food industry, the prospect of food additives is bright. The current situation and development of food additives in China are reviewed in this paper.
