摘要
本文介绍了作者应用色谱分离技术从柠檬酸发酵液直接分离提纯柠檬酸新工艺和柠檬酸树脂吸附脱色新工艺的研究。具有清洁生产,消除三废,降低成本,简化工艺流程,提高收率的特点。
This paper introduced the research result got by the authors in the application of chromatographic technique to develop new technologies for directly separation and purification of citric acid from fermentation broth and for adsorb- discolor of citric acid. These technologies have following characteristics: cleaning production, waste elimination, reducing operation cost, simplifying producing process, increasing recovery rate of product.
