离子膜法生产甘氨酸的绿色工艺研究

摘要 本文提出了离子膜法生产甘氨酸新工艺,并探讨了新工艺的绿色生产特点。该工艺不需使用大量有毒有害物质甲醇,副产品氯化铵全部回收。老工艺要消耗排放甲醇400—500kg/t产品,并排放大量氯化铵废液,造成废气废液严重污染环境。新工艺采用了洁净能源──电力,不需消耗大量蒸汽,降低能耗50%以上。避免了使用易受氰化铵腐蚀的大型精馏塔,离子交换膜用高分子材料制成,耐腐蚀,投资少,新工艺符合当前产业中大力提倡的绿色工艺发展潮流。 A new technology on the production of glycine by ion-exchange membrane is proposed in this paper. The environmental safe characteristics of the new technology are discussed. The old way of the production of glycine used methanol 400-500 kg/ton and emits a large amounts of waste gas and liquid and stains environment heavily. The pro- posed technology avoids of using a large amounts of poisoning solvent, methanol. By using of clean energy, the consumption of energy can be decreased up to fifty percent. Ion-exchange membrane equipment is made of polymer materials which en- dure erosion and it has the following characteristics, such as low installation investment, high quality products produced, re- covery of by-product ammonium chloride and low production cost. The new' Green Technology' on the production of glycine just pander to the current development trend in chemical industry.
