摘要
本文叙述了一类新型的有待开发的食品乳化剂一淀粉糖酯,产品的开发能丰富我国食品添加剂的品种,并介绍了淀粉糖酯产品的品种、性能和产品的应用前景及制取的方法。
A new type of ha emulsifier-starch ester that needs to be developed, is discussed in this paper. The de- velopment of starch ester can enrich the specification range in our county. The specification, characters, potential applica- tions and production methods of starch ester are introduced.
