摘要
目的 将自行研制的多功能双向式倾斜床和研究确定的倾斜试验 (TTT)技术方案用于高性能战斗机飞行员心血管调节功能的专项医学选拔方面 ,以评价其实际应用效果和推广应用价值。 方法 对 2 0名高性能战斗机飞行员和 16名健康受试者进行倾斜试验下的无创心电、血压、心率变异和经颅多普勒脑血流速率测量与对比分析。 结果 高性能战斗机飞行员心血管反射能力和调节稳定性均优于健康对照组 ;本研究所采用的 TTT技术方案 (+ 75°、3 min、2 0 s)对飞行员的心血管调节功能选拔效果明显。 结论 结合 TTT进行同步心电、血压、心率变异和经颅彩色多普勒脑血流显像分析是有效和可行的 ,可为飞行员心血管调节功能的专项医学选拨提供客观、准确、定量的技术途径与判断手段 。
Objective To assess the feasibility of using tilt table test (TTT) for medical selection of high performance fighter pilots. Methods Twenty high performance fighter pilots (pilot group) and sixteen healthy male volunteers were tested with tilt table. The subjects lying on the table underwent passive 75° head up tilt for 20 min or up to arising of syncope pre symptoms. BP, HR, HRV and cerebral blood velocity (CBFV) were recorded before, during and after head up tilt. Result All pilots can endure 75° HUT for 20 min while 4/16 of the controls can't. BP, CBFV and HRV indexes during TTT indicate that the stability and adaptability of cardiovascular regulation of pilots group are significantly better than those of control group. Conclusion It is suggested that TTT together with CBFV, HRV can be used for medical selection and retention of high performance fighter pilots.
