招飞体检中用检影镜鉴定角膜塑型术眼

Appraisement of orthokeratological eye with skiascope in physical examination of cadets

目的 掌握角膜塑型术眼在检影镜下角膜影像特征 ,使检影法成为一种迅速准确鉴定角膜塑型术眼客观有效的方法。 方法 招飞体检中对散瞳进入暗室者进行人工检影 ,对比正常眼及角膜塑型术眼的角膜影像 ,确定后者角膜影像特征 ,据此鉴定角膜塑型术眼并追问病史。 结果 依据角膜影像特征 ,在 2 0 0 0～ 2 0 0 2年招飞体检中 ,共确认角膜塑型术者 2 3例 43眼。 结论 用检影镜鉴定角膜塑型术眼 ,是一种简便、迅速、可靠的客观鉴定方法 ,尤其适用于大数量的招飞体检 。

Objective To explore the characteristics of orthokeratological eyes under skiascope so as to put forward a convenient method for detecting orthokeratological eye in candidates of flying cadets. Methods During physical examination, manual skiascopy was performed for mydriasis examinees in dark room. As compared with that of normal eyes, the characteristics of corneal image of orthokeratological eyes were detected and confirmed by tracing medical history. Results According to the characteristics of corneal image, 23 examinees who had weared orthokeratology lenses were detected in the years of 2000 to 2002. Conclusion Manual skiascopic examination is a convenient and reliable method for detecting orthokeratologic eyes objectively in physical examination of candidates of flying cadets.
