摘要
临床护理教学是培养护理人员掌握知识和技能的重要途径 ,但重要的是培养护理人员科学的思维方法和应用知识的能力 ,培养观察思考及辩证分析能力。在临床教学中 ,把重点放在提高护理人员工作能力上 ,使他们从被动学习转变为主动学习 。
Clinical nursing teaching is a very important way to train nursing staff to grasp knowledge and technique,but it is more important to train their scientific mind,and the abitity of using their knowledge,observing,thinking and analysing.In clinical teaching,we should put emphasis on improving working ability of nursing staff to make their study from passive to active.This is the key of teaching.
