Establish a rule for nursing inspection and emphasize the quality management

建立在护理部直接领导监督下的护士长负责、主管护师督查指导、护师巡查指导的三级督查制度。在落实三级督查制度的实践中 ,形成了人人都是管理者 ,人人又都是被管理者 ,既调动了大家的积极性 ,又能自觉地约束自己的言行 ,从而使护理质量、护理技能、护士行为等逐步纳入规范化的管理轨道。

Objective: The purpose of the study was to improve standard management and insure nursing safety. Method: Some rules were established to lead and inspect directly by the Nursing Department. They included head nurse responsibility, senior nurse inspect, nurse going around for inspection. Conclusion: Based on nursing inspection, a situation was formed to improve people’s activity and self-control, which was that everyone was an inspector and being inspected.
