肝乐宁治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床观察

Clinical Study of Ganlening in Treatment of Chronic Hepatitis B

目的:探讨肝乐宁治疗慢性乙型肝炎的疗效及不良反应。方法:对照组(46例)采用综合治疗,治疗组(58例)在综合治疗的基础上,加用肝乐宁。结果:治疗组总有效率89.7％,明显优于对照组67.4％(P<0.01)。结论:肝乐宁对慢性乙型肝炎有较好的疗效,并且无严重不良反应。

Objective: To study the effects and side effects of Ganlening in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B. Mehtod: 46 patients as a controlled group only received conventional drugs. 58 patients as a treated group received Ganlening at the foundation of conventional treatment. Result: After completion of therapy, a general effective rate in the treated group(89. 7%) was higher than the controlled group(67.4%) (P<0.01). Conclusion: Ganlening is an efficient drug in treatment of chronic hepatitis B, furthermore, it has not any side effects.
