摘要
近年来,缓控释制剂的研究和应用日益增多,某些药物存在的理化性质不稳定、胃中降解、体内吸收不规则、不完全等影响生物利用度的问题正亟待解决.从选择合适的载体材料着手,制备调控释放型固体分散体,已取得了一定的研究成果.
