干部职业的特殊性决定了干部道德在社会道德体系中的重要地位。干部道德建设对于提高干部队伍的素质,实现社会风气的根本好转,维护国家的长治久安具有重要意义。当前干部道德建设应抓紧以制权为中心进行政治体制改革,实行干部道德规范制度化,加强干部道德教育。
The professionalism of government officials gives its ethical construction an important status in the social moral system. The moral construction of government officials is significant to the improvement of official's faculties to the considerable changes of public morals, and to the safey & stability of our country. Present moral construction should rely on political regime reforms which focus on the restriction & e-quilibrium of government official's authorities to systemize the standards of morals. Moral education of government officials are to be strengthened.
