摘要
分析了所制备的 4个系列的热塑性聚氨酯弹性体 (TPUE)的性能。研究了硝化纤维素 (NC)与TPUE共混物的力学性能和热分解性能。此外 ,还研究了TPUE对硝胺改性双基推进剂力学、工艺 ,能量和燃烧性能的影响。结果表明 ,这些弹性体是应用于火药粘和剂系统的理想材料。
Four series of thermoplastic polyurethane elastomers (TPUE) are synthesized and analyzed. The mechanical properties and thermal decompose of Nitrocellulose/TPUE blend are studied. In addition, effects of TPUE on the mechanical properties, technique properties, combustion and energy properties of nitramine modified double propellant are studied. It is concluded that the synthesized thermoplastic polyurethane elastomers can be used as binder for propellant.
