摘要
电子束烟气净化技术因能对烟气同时进行脱硫脱硝处理而备受关注。清华大学核能技术设计研究院建立了烟气处理量为 10 0 0 0m3/h的电子束半干法烟气净化实验装置。实验装置由烟气调节系统、喷雾干燥系统、注氨系统、烟气辐照系统、收集系统 5个子系统组成。本文介绍了电子束半干法烟气净化工艺流程 ,并对各子系统的组成和功能进行了描述。在试验装置上进行的大量实验表明 ,电子束半干法烟气净化工艺为电子束烟气净化提供了良好的反应条件 ,比传统电子束烟气净化工艺的能耗大大降低。累计15 0 0h的运行情况表明 ,电子束半干法烟气净化工艺系统的工作可靠性和稳定性很好。
Electron Beam(E-beam) technique for flue gas purification has gained attention for its simultaneous removal of SO 2 and NO X ability. Institute of Nuclear Energy and Technology of Tsinghua University has established a set of test equipment of new semidry E-beam technique for flue gas purification whose treatment capacity is 10000m3/h. The equipment consists of flue gas conditioning subsystem, spray-drying subsystem, ammonia subsystem,irradiation subsystem and collecting subsystem. This article introduces the technological process of semidry E-beam technique, describes the components and function of each subsystem. A large quantity of experiment shows that energy consumption of semidry E-beam technique is more less than that of conventional E-beam technique. Long time(1500 hours) operation testifies that the reliability and stability of semidry E-beam flue gas purification equipment are in good condition.
