Preparation and Characterization of Nano-sized In_2O_3

介绍了以同纯精铟为原料,采用化学沉淀法在一定的实验条件下制备纳米级In2O3粉体的实验过程,通过XRD、TEM、BET及化学分析等多种检测及分析手段对所制得的粉体的性能进行了初步表征,结果表明:采用化学沉淀法制备的In2O3为高纯单相类球形的黄色粉末,其平均粒径小于30nm。

A liquid chemical precipitation process of preparing In2O3 nanoscale powders in certain experimental conditions is displayed.In this process,pure indium(In) and HNO3 is used as starting materials and the gelatin as dispersant.The structural properties of In2O3 are characterized by many experimental methods,such as chemical analysis?XRD?TEM and BET.The analyzed results show that In2O3 produced by chemical precipitation process is very pure and monophase sphericallike nanoscale powders with good dispersity and its average size is less than 30 nm.
