摘要
利用 Star-CD流动传热分析软件 ,使用 RNG k-ε湍流模型 ,采用 SIMPLE算法 ,将垂直矩形窄缝流道中双面定热流密度下的加热简化为单相对流换热 ,对其进行了数值模拟。发现在宽面全部加热时 ,在加热面的角部区域 ,存在热集中现象 ,提示在进行流道加热设计时 ,需将角部区域设计为不加热。研究结果表明 ,在角部不加热的情况下 ,热集中现象得到解决。
Used Star-CD CFD software, with RNG k-ε turbulent model and SIMPLE method, as well as simplified the heat transfer process under high heat flux of double heating vertical narrow rectangular channel as single-phase heat transfer, the feuid flow and heat transfer ware simulated numerically. Results revealed that under full-length heating, heat is concentrated on the corner of the channel. It is noted that in designing the plate-type elements. The corner un-heating should be considered. The simulation results proved that under un-heating corner situation, the heat concentration problem was solved.
