为满足大型炮管回火时严格的温度均匀性要求,对炉子结构进行了试验和分析。本文介绍了大型回火炉的主要技术参数和结构形式。该炉炉膛尺寸(mm)为7800 ×1100×1000,可满足在357℃低温下炉温均匀度<± 12.5℃的要求。
In order to satisfy the strict demand of temperature uniformity when the big gun barrels being tempered, the tempering furnace structure has been tested and analysed. The main characteristics and structure of the big tempering furnace are introduced. The dimensions of the furnace body are 7800×1100×1000 (mm) .which can satisfy the requirement of temperature uniformity (< ± 12.5℃) under the temperature 357℃.
