2型糖尿病合并脑梗死危险因素分析

ANALYSIS OF RISK FACTORS OF CEREBRAL INFARCTION IN TYPE 2 DIABETES MELLITUS

目的 :探讨 2型糖尿病 (DM)合并脑梗死的危险因素。方法 :对 2型DM合并脑梗死组与非脑梗死组的临床资料及各项测量指标进行比较 ,并应用多因素Logistic回归分析 2型糖尿病发生脑梗死的危险因素。结果 :空腹血糖、体重指数、甘油三脂、高血压、血尿酸 5个因素与 2型糖尿病脑梗死发生有关。结论 :为了防止 2型DM脑梗死发生 ,必须早期注意血糖、血压、甘油三脂及体重指数控制。

Objective: To explore the risk factors of cerebral infarction in type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods: The clinical data and measurement indexes were evaluated and compared in type 2 diabetics with and without cerebral infarction. The risk factors were analysed with multiple Logistic regression. Results: Fasting plasma glucose, body mass index, triglycerides, hypertension, and uric acid were found correlated with cerebral infarction in type 2 diabetes mellitus. Conclusion: To prevent cerebral infarction in type 2 diabetes mellitus, the plasma glucose, hypertension, triglycerides and baly mass index with diabetes mellitus should be controlled as early as possible.
