摘要
通过对各层炉衬的分析表明,熔渣能浸入、侵蚀碱性镁质炉衬,熔渣浸入使炉衬在炉役中后期过早烧结,严重影响了炉衬寿命。本文认为炉衬采用高温烧结或复合炉衬是控制熔渣浸入侵蚀的最佳途径。
Analyses of furnace lining layers show that the melted slag can penetrate into magnesian lining and corrode it away. Slag penetration will cause furnace lining's premature sintering in the middle late period of its sevlce time and Influence the longevity seriously. The article regards that the optimum way to prevent penetrating of slag and corroding of lining is using high temperature sintering or composite lining.
