微量血测定血清25(OH)D_3的临床意义 被引量:4

摘要 目的 :探索一种简便有效地检测方法 ,以便能对婴幼儿佝偻病进行早期诊断。方法 :对健康体检婴幼儿 5 0例作为正常组 ,同时进行静脉采血和微量采血测 2 5 (OH)D3 ;另对 5 0例 (佝偻病活动期婴幼儿作为佝偻病组 ,同时进行静脉采血和微量采血测定 2 5 (OH)D3 。两组婴幼儿都分别进行组内配对t检验 ;另外 ,两组婴幼儿进行组间t检验。结果 :正常组婴幼儿及佝偻病组婴幼儿两种检测方法组内配对t检验差别无显著意义。两组婴儿两种检测方法组间t检验差别有显著意义。结论 :微量血和静脉血测定血清 2 5 (OH)D3 均能早期诊断婴幼儿佝偻病 ,而且微量血测定方法可取代静脉血方法。 Objective:To investigate a simple and effective detecting method,we can early diagnose the infantile reckets of vitamin D deficiency.Methods:Fifty normal infants were divided as the control group,moreover,were detected their serum 25(OH)D 3 through the vein blood and the micro volume blood.Fifty patients with infantile reckets of Vitamin D deficiency were divided as the reckets group amd detected their serum 25(OH) D 3 through the vein blood and the micro volume blood.Two group children carried out the paired t test with in group respectively,moreover,two group children carried out t test without group.Result:Two detecting methods of the normal group children and the reckets group children were not significant through the paired t test with in group.Two detecting methods were significant through the t test without group.Conclusion:The detecting serum 25(OH)D 3 through the vein blood or the micro volume blood can diagnose infantile reckets of vitamic D deficiency.The detecting method through the micro volame blood can take the place of that through the vein blood.
