摘要
目的 :研究抗绿脓杆菌鸡卵黄免疫球蛋白体外抑制绿脓杆菌作用。方法 :2 0 0cuf/ml的绿脓杆菌与不同量的抗绿LgY(0 .2 0、4 0、70、12 5mg/ml)混合。在 4℃冰箱中放置 2 4小时 ,用倾注法培养 ,计算菌落数。结果 4 0mg/ml抗绿脓杆菌IgY有抑菌作用 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,并随抗绿脓杆菌IgY量的增加 ,细菌菌落数减少。结论 :抗绿脓杆菌IgY与细菌结合 ,抑制细菌生长。
Objective:to study the inhibitory effects of immunoglobulin of hen yolk(IgY) against Pseudomonas aeruginosa(PA) in vitro.Method:PA(200cuf/me)is mixed with the follow different concentrations of IgY against PA(0?20?40?70?125mg/ml) in tube.The mixture is placed in ice box at 4 for 24 hours and is cultured by pouring plate,the inhibitions effects of IgY against PA are observed.Result:IgY against PA can inhibit the growth of PA in concentration 40mg/ml.Conclusion:IgY against PA can inhibit the growth of PA.
