摘要
泡沫渣在电弧炉熔氧期有非常重要的作用。控制好几个操作参数,能得到冶金性能良好,渣层厚度足够的泡沫渣。富氧、喷碳泡沫渣与长弧三位一体的联合使用效果最好。可根据冶炼钢种,炉子大小及设备条件,分别选用配料加焦、喷碳、富氧、长弧法或全程喷碳、富氧、长弧法。
Foam slag takes an important role in the melting and oxidizing period of arc furnace. Foam slag with good metallurgic performance and enough thickness can be got by several operating measures. The usage of rich-oxygen injection, carbon powder injection, foam slag allied with long arc method has the best effect. The following two methods can be chosen according to the steel sorts to be melted, furnace sizes and other equipment conditions. One is carbon powder and coke injection, with rich-oxygen injection and long arc method, the other is carbon powder injection during all said period, with rich-oxygen injection and long arc method.
