听课、评课:校长必修的“专业课”

摘要 听课、评课是校长教学领导力的重要组成部分。但在现实的学校管理中,校长的听课、评课还存在着目标观念模糊、'评教''议学'失衡、问题意识薄弱和学科理解欠缺等诸多问题。有效地发挥校长听评课对教学的领导作用,需要我们强化学科理解,完善评价视角,增强问题意识,引领深度参与。
