本文介绍了采用STD工业控制机的自动上料系统,以及6种原料的全自动控制原理和方法。其特点是由微机软件代替了原继电器逻辑控制、报警、抗干扰、信号检测功能,使系统的可靠性、操作水平明显地高于传统的控制方式。

This paper introduces the automatic charging system using STD industrial control computer, theautomatic control principle and method used for six type of raw materials are also introduced. In thissystem, the microcomputer's software will replace the logical control, alarm, anti-interference, and sig-nal detection function of original relay, and then, the reliability and operating level of the antomaticcharging system are obviously higher than that of the traditional control mode.
