摘要
本文论述了修建在湿陷性黄土地基上的6层砖混结构住宅楼因漏水造成偏斜后,采用人工注水法纠偏扶正设计和施工的成功经验。该住宅楼为混凝土灌注桩基础,这类房屋的纠偏扶正与片筏基础或条形基础房屋有不同的特性,值得设计和施工人员注意。
This paper presents the successful experience about manual injecting water in collapsible loess areafor correcting leaning building. The building six stories high is made of brick-concrete structure withpile foundation. Because of the water leakage of the sewage, the building was leaning. The charater ofcorrecting lean of this kind building is different from the building with raft foundation or wall footings,and it is worthy of note for the designer and constructor.
