摘要
研究了最近合成的 5种α 萘乙酰芳胺新化合物 .通过测定 5种新化合物的1 3CNMR和DEPT谱等 ,对其结构进行了确定 ,并对其全部谱峰做出归属 ;同时 ,讨论了化学位移与分子结构间的一些关系 .
C NMR spectra were acquired for 5 new aryl α naphthylacetylamides we synthesized, which can potentially be used as plant growth regulators, anti tumor medicine and chemical picking agent for fruits. By analyzing the 13 C NMR spectra, the structures of the compounds were determined. The effects of chemical structures on the 13 C chemical shifts in aryl α naphthylacetylamides were discussed.
