RECTIFYING OF LEANING BUILDING ON THE CEMENT GROUTED SUBGRADE——APPLICATION OF THE METHOD OF RELIEVING SUBGRADE-STRESS

地基应力解除法是一项新的建筑物纠偏技术,它区别于一般掏土法。本文通过对灌浆地基上两栋相当严重倾斜大楼的纠偏,论证了该法具有良好的敏感性、可控性和预后性。

The method of relieving subgrade-stress is a new technique in rectifying of leaning building, whichis fairly distinguished from known method——'Drawing-out' soil. This paper presents the engi-neering practice of the rectification of heavily and oppositely leaned two buildings on the cementgrouted subgrade. The favourable controllability, sensitivity and prognosticity of this method is demon-strated.
