摘要
DZW 6 1.5 7型锅炉使用三年后其烟管管端多次出现泄漏。对泄漏烟管的化学成分、显微组织和硬度 ,以及锅炉水质进行了检验 ,结果均属正常。通过分析 ,认为烟管管端泄漏是局部温差应力造成的。进水温度低且进水位置不当 ,破坏了水循环 ;省煤器阻塞 ,烟灰烟垢严重 ,使烟气温度升高 ,造成管端产生温差应力 ,导致锅炉烟管管端频发泄漏事故。
Frequency leaking accidents of fire tubes ends happened after a DZW6 1.57 type of boiler had been used for three years, and the leaking locations are the same. To find the cause of these accidents, we conduct the chemical composition analysis, microstructure and hardness examination of the fire tubes. All of results show that they are all right. After further investigation, we discovered: Owe to the low temperature and unsuitable location of inlet water, the water circulation was broken. The economizer was blocked up and flue ash was accumulated too much as well as the scale, so that the temperature of flue gas rose. Both of these two factors lead to the result of temperature difference stress at the tube ends. Finally, we get the conclusion that frequency leaking accidents of fire tubes ends were caused by the local temperature difference stress.
