摘要 根据温度、振动、冲击、电磁兼容、潮湿等环境特性对有源液晶显示器的影响,提出了对液晶屏进行抗恶劣环境设计的具体加固措施,研究了有源液晶显示器的低温解决方案,包括ITO加热膜加热功率的理论计算、液晶屏内置ITO柔性加热膜工艺、低温加热控制电路等。较好地解决了有源液晶显示器在低温环境下出现的响应速度慢.甚至液晶屏不能显示的问题.此外,还对液晶屏的振动冲击特性、电磁特性进行了研究,提出了具体的解决办法,如加大整机网度,采取屏蔽措施等. Considering that environment factors, such as temperature, vibration, shock, EMC, damp and so on, have great effect on AMLCD, detailed rugged measures against harsh environment are proposed in this paper. It emphasizes the low-temperature solutions of AMLCD, including thermal power theoretical calculation of ITO heater-film, the technology of built-in ITO soft heater-film in LCD, and heat control circuits at low temperature, etc. This paper presents a way to solve the problems, that is, AMLCD responses slowly, even does not work in low temperature environment. In addition, this paper also researchs into the features of vibration, shock and EMC, and gives the means of how to solve them, for example ri-gidigy, strength, shielding and filter.
