摘要
通过对某办公楼的质量检测、鉴定及计算,对该房屋进行合理的加层,并将原房屋改造成住宅。经过对原建筑墙体、楼板、梁、节点的加固处理,有效地提高了原工程的抗震性能和整体稳定性,对同类工程的加固有一定的借鉴作用。
Based on the survey appraisal and calculation of an office building,rational addition stories were designed and reconstructed to residential building.Through reinforcement of walls,floors,beams and points,the anti-aseismic ability and the security of the building were improved effectively,which could be referred in other similar projects.
