Strengthening Sports Teachers' Quality Constructure to Carrying Out Quality-oriented Education

高校体育教学是当代大学生体育方面的"终极教育",今天体育教学已不仅仅是完成素质教育中培养学生身体素质的任务,更多地体现在运用体育的手段促进培养学生思想素质、体育文化素质、心理素质和生活技能等方面,这个转变无疑对高校体育教师提出了更高的要求,从提高体育教师自身素质和建立符合素质教育的新体制等方面进行阐述,并提出在高校体育教育中怎样实施素质教育。

Physical education is an important component of university education,bearing the task to develop training univesity student's overall quality . The Unique teaching form and content of PE courses not only fullfil developing student's physique, but also promote training student's thought qulity ,cultural quality ,psychological quality and technical ability quality .The article tries to explain how to carry out quality-oriented education from the aspect of improving sports teachers' own quality constructing as well as setting up a new system in accordance with quality-oriented education .
