摘要
常规结渣判别指标的分辨率较低 ,往往得出与实际不一致的结果。基于模糊数学原理 ,以分辨率较高的 5个指标 (软化温度t2 、硅比G、硅铝比SiO2 /Al2 O3、碱酸比B/A和综合指数R)构成评判因素集 ,对取自辽河油田水煤浆锅炉不同部位的 4个样品进行了结渣倾向性综合判别。为了保证和考察所建模型的具体效果 ,分别将此模型和以前的“四因素”模型用于龙口电厂等 11个已知结渣程度煤样的判别 ,并将其结果与实际结渣情况进行了对比 。
The resolution ratio of conventional slagging judgment indices is comparatively low, the result being often inconsistent with the reality. Based on the fuzzy mathematic theory, a collection of judgment factors was established by using five indices with higher resolution ratio, namely solftening temperature t 2, silicon ratio G, silicon aluminum ratio SiO 2/Al 2O 3, alkali/acid ratio B/A, and comprehensive index R, then a comprehensive judgment of slagging tendency for four samples taken from different points of a coal-water slurry fired boiler at Liaohe Oil Field was carried out. In order to ensure the concrete effectiveness of the established model, the said model and a former model of 'four factors' are used respectively to judge eleven coal samples with known slagging degrees taken from Longkou Power Plant etc., and a comparison of the results with real slagging status has been made, so as to enhance the reliability of judgment results.
